Welcome to Here to Help's online screening for anxiety disorders. Your answers are completely anonymous--we won't record anything that can identify you. The screening tool will guide you through the following steps:

1	First, you'll be asked to provide a little information about yourself (like your age and gender) so we can guide you to the right screenings.
2	The anxiety screening will ask you questions about each of nine different types of anxiety problems.
3	Finally, your results will be displayed for you to review and print or email. A reminder that these screenings cannot diagnose on their own. Health professionals need much more information about you to make the right diagnosis.
