Every month, FamilySmart hosts events for parents and caregivers who are parenting a child or youth with a mental health and/or substance use challenge. We watch a video, take part in a discussion with a FamilySmart Parent Peer Support Worker, and connect with other parents and caregivers. In The Know events currently take place online.

We get it, there can be a lot of expectations around the holidays. Come join us and let's talk about how we can get through the hard spots, celebrate the small things, and find a bit of space to breathe when we need it.
