Obsessive Compulsive Disorder: It's More Than Overwashing Your Hands
Living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can present unique challenges that affect both our kids and us. For those living with it, simple tasks become overwhelming and disrupt daily life. Join us to discover ways to strengthen our understanding and support our kids living with OCD.
Victoria Keddis hosts a conversation featuring Dr. Katherine McKenney, R. Psychiatrist and Director, Cornerstone Child and Family Psychology Clinic and Kelsey, a young adult who lives with OCD.
This video presentation will be followed by a facilitated discussion by Monica Thimer, Family Peer Support Worker in Mission.
This in person event will be hosted at Hatzic Middle School Library, 34875 Moffat Avenue, Mission.
Doors will open at 6:15pm. Please join us to connect, meet the Family Peer Support Worker and find a seat. The video presentation will begin at 6:30pm.
Please note: The event is free. Registration is required at familysmart.ca.
