Balancing healthy eating and exercise during the COVID-19 pandemic

The pandemic has created a lot of extra pressures around food and exercise. People may find themselves eating more or less than usual or feeling pressure to pick up a home exercise routine, jump into home baking, and other activities that may be particularly challenging for people who are managing disordered eating or exercise.
