Latest issue of Visions Journal: Blips and Dips in the Recovery Journey

Blips and Dips in the Recovery Journey explores recovery—and all of the blips, dips, setbacks, and relapses that make up our paths to well-being. Recovery is never linear, and "illness" and "health" are not two binaries on opposite ends of the scale. But too often, blips and dips are framed as catastrophic events or even a personal failure rather than a normal part of the process. In this issue of Visions, find tools and strategies to help you reframe your own journey in more compassionate ways and support a loved one. Read or downoad Blips and Dips in the Recovery Journey at www.heretohelp.bc.ca/visions/blips-and-dips-vol15.
